Following diagnosis of laptop at techstop my problem was with settings on home router. Changing settings was... unfamiliar. Steve guided me through the process over the phone, exceeding my expectations as laptop was fine. Telephone queries when laptop was in techstop were promptly answered and dealt with by the techstop team. Updates were regularly logged on. Check repair status. Highly recommendread more

They... have done brilliant jobs on screen repairs I've had done and the customer service is second to none. Will go above and beyond to help in anyway they can.
